Refund Policy

If you subscribe to a monthly plan and it is not for you, you can get your money back as long as you have used no more than 2.5M tokens that month. Refunds are issued by Nomvel (nomvel.com), the operator of apmix.ai, to the payment method you paid with.

Up to 2.5M
Full refund on any monthly plan. This includes subscriptions that were never used.
More than 2.5M
No refund. Once more than 2.5M tokens have been used in the month, the right to a refund ends.

Yearly plans
Choosing a yearly plan means you have tried apmix and are satisfied that everything works well. Yearly plans are not refundable.

01Monthly plans
A monthly plan is refundable while you have used no more than 2.5M weighted tokens of its monthly allowance. The limit is the same for every monthly plan, whatever its size.
If you bought a subscription and did not use it, or used it but stayed within 2.5M tokens, you get your money back.
02The 2.5M line
Once more than 2.5M tokens of your monthly allowance have been consumed, there is no right to a refund for that subscription. Usage is measured in weighted tokens, the same number you see in your dashboard.
03Yearly plans
Refunds apply to monthly plans only. A yearly plan means you have tried apmix and are convinced that everything works well, so yearly plans are not refundable.
04Usage top-ups
A usage top-up is a one-time purchase of weighted tokens added to your account's top-up balance. The balance is spent only after your plan's monthly allowance, never expires, and can be used as long as a plan is active.
A top-up is refundable in full for 14 days after purchase as long as none of the pack has been spent. Once your usage has started drawing on the top-up balance, the pack counts as used and is no longer refundable. A refund removes the pack's tokens from your balance.
05Abuse
The use of multiple accounts results in a ban from the site.
06How to request a refund
Email support@apmix.ai from the address on your account and name the plan you bought. We check the usage of the current month and, if it is no more than 2.5M tokens, refund the payment to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
